Homemade Nutella Coffee Cream
1 pint Organic Whipping Cream
1 pint Organic Milk
1 cup of water
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Nutella
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and keep in the refrigerator.
We keep them in 4 16 oz glass bottles.
