Ingredients:
5 pounds of ground beef
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 onions
2 bell peppers
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2 teaspoons of marjoram
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
6 tablespoons of chili powder
1 cup of chicken broth
2 cups craisins
Directions:
•Add oil to pan and heat on high.
•Add onions, sauté until golden brown
•Add bell peppers and sauté for a few minutes.
•Add meat and brown.
•Add seasoning, craisins and chicken broth.
•Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
