Nite Nite...Thank you Tart cherry juice



If you find yourself perusing Facebook in the wee hours of the night, you may want to give Tart cherry juice a try.  Recently there was a study showing insomniacs that drank 8 oz of this juice two times a day slept more minutes per night than they did when given a placebo juice.  Cherries have a naturally occurring hormone called melatonin that adds in sleep.



Tip:  Look for juices made from Montmorency tart cherries.  This type of cherry has the highest concentration of melatonin.
