When I start feeling run down and tired, I know it's time to pull out my juicer.
One of my favorite recipes is the carrot apple-ade. I have to double the recipe because the girls drink it up. Yesterday we made it and then mixed in some frozen strawberries. It was so yummy.

Today I juiced about 3 handfuls of spinach, 2 pears, 4 carrots and handful of parsely.
After juicing, I mixed it in the blender with some frozen bananas.
The girls didn't care for it as much as the carrot apple-ade, but drank most of it.
