Carrot Apple Lemonade
Ingredients
6 carrots
2 apples (cored)
1 lemon
Maca powder (optional)
Directions:
Wash everything
Peel lemon leaving as much of the pithy part.
Juice carrots and apple first. Place a gallon ziplock bag into the pulp catcher. (Use the carrot pulp for bread, muffins or in soups or sauces later.)
Remove ziplock and place a plastic bag in reservoir for easy clean-up. Juice lemon.
