Berry Blast Chia Seed Cookies (Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free)

Ingredients:


2 cups Raw Almonds
2 cups Gluten Free Oatmeal
10 Prunes
1 1/2 cup Strawberry or Strawberry/Blueberry Chia Seed Jam
3 packets Stevia (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Process Almonds and Oatmeal in food processor till smooth.

  Add in Prunes and process to will blended.  

Add Chia seed jam.  


Pulse until will combined.




Place scoops of cookie dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
