Spiced "Apple Cider" Lemonade

Spiced "Apple Cider" Lemonade

Mix all ingredients together and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Benefits of lemon

1. Gives your immune system a boost.

2. Excellent source of potassium.

3. Aids digestion.

••••Lemon juice not only encourages healthy digestion by loosening toxins in your digestive tract, it helps to relieve symptoms of indigestion such as heartburn, burping, and bloating.•••••

4. Cleanses your system.

•••It helps flush out the toxins in your body by enhancing enzyme function, stimulating your liver.••••

5. Freshens your breath.

6. Keeps your skin blemish-free.

7. Helps you lose weight.

•••••Lemons contain pectin fiber, which assists in fighting hunger cravings.••••

8. Reduces inflammation.

9. Gives you an energy boost.

Lemon juice provides your body with energy when it enters your digestive tract, and it also helps reduce anxiety and depression. (Even the scent of lemons has a calming effect on your nervous system!)

Benefits of cayenne pepper:
Cayenne is a well-known digestive aid. It stimulates the digestive tract, increasing the flow of enzyme production and gastric juices. This aids the body’s ability to metabolize food (and toxins). Cayenne pepper is also helpful for relieving intestinal bloating. It stimulates intestinal peristaltic motion, aiding in both assimilation and elimination.

Total body detox:

Cayenne is a known circulatory stimulant. It also increases the pulse of our lymphatic and digestive rhythms. By heating the body, the natural process of detoxification is streamlined. Cayenne also causes us to sweat, another important process of detoxification. Combined with lemon juice and honey, cayenne tea is an excellent morning beverage for total body detox.

Benefits of apple:
Apples are high in fiber, especially pectin, a soluble fiber that helps promote good digestive health and a sense of fullness. Apples also have a high water content and contain many organic compounds and vitamins that boost your overall health. They’re a great detox food on their own.
