Kale/Pomegranates Juice Shot

Ingredients

5 handfuls of organic baby kale
1 cup organic pomegranates seed
Lemon peeled with pithy part left

Run through juicer and enjoy.

Makes 2 - 16 oz bottles


Ingredients:

1/2 Pineapple
3 handfuls of baby kale
1 Lemon peeled (leaving as much pith as possible)
2 Clementines peeled

Directions:

Wash all ingredients and run thru juicer.  Drink immediately or place bottles in freezer for 30 and then place in refrigerator for no more than 72 hours.

Makes 1 16 oz bottle

Ingredients:

3 handfuls of organic baby kale

1/2 bag of organic cranberries

1 lemon peeled 

Run all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.

1 head of romaine

2 organic apples cored

1 lemon peeled with pith

Wash all ingredients and run thru juicer
